  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and with all original tags attached.
  • Packaging: It should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return

Starting a return is easy! Simply contact us at support@lavuni.com. Once we accept your return request, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’re here to help address any issues swiftly and ensure your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

There are some items that can’t be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
